Max Giorgio Choa Minghella was born in Hampstead, London, England to mother Carolyn Choa, a dancer and choreographer, and father Anthony Minghella, the multi-award winning film Director, Producer, and Writer who died in March 2008 and whose screen credits included 'Truly, Madly, Deeply', 'The English Patient' and 'Cold Mountain'. The young Max attended St. Anthony's Prep. School in Hampstead and then the independent day school, University College School also in Hampstead. From there he attended Columbia University in New York City where he studied history, graduating in 2009. During this time he was already carving out a career as an Actor, only working on films during the extended Summer breaks, to the extent that many of his fellow students didn't even know that he was an aspiring Actor with several credits already to his name. Growing up Max spent many an occasion on his father's film sets of which he has happy memories, and felt no pressure from his father to enter into, or to be successful in the entertainment business. He was inspired to become an Actor later in his teenage years after seeing a stage production of 'This Is Our Youth', and he subsequently dropped out from the University College School, and attended the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain.

At age thirteen, in 1999, Minghella scored his film debut in the seventeen minute short 'Tom Boys', and followed this up with a bit part in another short film 'Let The Good Times Roll' which also starred Bob Hoskins and Dexter Fletcher. It would be another five years before his first credited feature film eventuated with 2005's drama offering 'Bee Season' with Richard Gere, Juliette Binoche and Kate Bosworth, although he did appear as an uncredited extra in his fathers film 'Cold Mountain' in 2003. Also released in 2005 was the political thriller 'Syriana' as Directed by Stephen Gaghan and starring George Clooney, Matt Damon, Christopher Plummer, Chris Cooper, Jeffrey Wright and Amanda Peet. The film secured George Clooney the Academy Award and Golden Globe Award wins for Best Supporting Actor, and all up picked up fourteen wins and 28 other nominations. 2006 saw Minghella star in the comedy drama Directed by Terry Zwigoff 'Art School Confidential' alongside John Malkovich, Jim Broadbent, Scoot McNairy and Anjelica Huston.

The next year brought Romantic Drama offering 'Elvis and Annabelle' with Minghella playing Elvis and Blake Lively playing Annabelle with Joe Mantegna, Mary Steenburgen and Keith Carradine. This was followed up by 'How to Lose Friends & Alienate People' with Simon Pegg, Danny Huston, Gillian Anderson and Megan Fox; then John Krasinski's 'Brief Interviews with Hideous Men'; and closing out the decade was 'Agora' - a historical biographical drama set in 4th Century Roman Egypt and also starring Oscar Isaac, and Rachel Weisz.



In 2010 Minghella was cast in David Fincher's 'The Social Network'. The film was highly acclaimed, taking US$225M at the worldwide Box Office off the back of its US$40M budget investment, and it collected three Academy Award wins and five other nominations; four Golden Globe wins and two nominations; and three BAFTA wins and three nominations out of a total haul of 168 wins and 168 nods. The film starred Jesse Eisenberg as Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook upon which the film is based, Andrew Garfield, Justin Timberlake, Armie Hammer, and Rooney Mara. The George Clooney Written, Directed and starring 'The Ides of March' came next in 2011 with Ryan Gosling, Paul Giamatti, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Jeffrey Wright, Marisa Tomei and Evan Rachel Wood. This film was nominated for one Academy Award, four Golden Globes, two BAFTA's amongst a total cache of nine wins and thirty-five nominations. High school reunion dramedy romance offering '10 Years' followed with Channing Tatum, Oscar Isaac, Chris Pratt, Anthony Mackie and Rosario Dawson before Sci-Fi action adventure alien invasion offering 'The Darkest Hour' with Emile Hirsch, Joel Kinnaman, Rachael Taylor and Olivia Thirlby.

2013 brought us the Google based comedy 'The Internship' as Directed by Shawn Levy with Vince Vaughn, Owen Wilson and Rose Byrne, and then dramatic fantasy horror 'Horns' with Daniel Radcliffe, David Morse, Heather Graham and Juno Temple. Another college reunion offering followed of a dramatic nature this time with 2014's 'About Alex' with Jason Ritter, Maggie Grace, and Aubrey Plaza and then the Joe Johnston Directed thriller 'Not Safe for Work'. Sci-Fi dramatic thriller 'Into the Forest' followed up in 2015 with Ellen Page and Evan Rachel Wood, and then an uncredited appearance in 'The 9th Life of Louis Drax' (which he wrote the Screenplay for in his Writing debut) with Aaron Paul and Jamie Dornan.

This brings us up to date in terms of feature length movies. In between time there were appearances on six episodes of romantic comedy television series 'The Mindy Project', the nine minute short film about cat sitting called 'Fluffy', and then the highly acclaimed and popular television series based on the 1985 Margaret Atwood novel 'The Handmaid's Tale', in which Minghella plays Nick Blaine in nine episodes out of the first ten of Season One released earlier this year. Season Two has already been commissioned and will go to air in 2018.

Next up for Minghella, is his Directorial debut in the feature length 'Teen Spirit' for which he also wrote the original screenplay. About a shy and retiring teenage girl growing up on the Isle of Wight, off the south coast of England (where Anthony Minghella was born and raised) who has dreams and aspirations of pop stardom as a means of escaping from her damaged family life and her less than inspiring surroundings. The film stars Elle Fanning as that girl, Violet.

All up, Minghella has twenty-five Acting credits to his name, two as Producer, two as Screenwriter and one as Director. He has three award wins under his belt so far each for the Ensemble Cast Performance for 'The Social Network' and a further eight nominations. Minghella was romantically linked to American Actress Kate Mara from 2010 through until 2014.

Max Minghella - has the movie business in his DNA, and it's hardly surprising given his fathers pedigree that he has turned to Writing, Producing and Directing already, as well as establishing himself as a sought after Actor. Jesse Adam Eisenberg was born in Queens, New York to mother Amy Fishman, a teacher of cultural sensitivity in hospitals and before that a children's party clown, and father Barry Eisenberg, a one time taxi driver before becoming a sociology college professor. He has two sisters - Hallie Kate and Kerry Lea - both of whom have worked in acting. Eisenberg had a secular Jewish upbringing in East Brunswick Township, New Jersey. He attended the East Brunswick Public Schools, then East Brunswick High School, and then moved to the High School of Performing Arts in New York, upon which the 1980 hit film 'Fame' was set. While in his senior year he secured his big screen debut in 2002 in 'Roger Dodger'. He went onto The New School in New York s Greenwich Village where he studied anthropology and contemporary architecture eventually majoring in liberal arts.

He first appeared on stage at age seven in a children's theatre production of 'Oliver', and at twelve he understudied for a 1996 Broadway Production of 'Summer and Smoke', and a year later he played the young Scrooge in a musical version of 'A Christmas Carol' at The Paramount Theatre. His first professional play came in 1999 at age sixteen in 'The Gathering' in an off-Broadway production at Playhouse 91.  His first small screen role came as Kenny Green in all 22 episodes of comedy drama series 'Get Real' from 1999 to 2000, and then made for television movie 'Lightning : Fire from the Sky' in 2001. 'Roger Dodger' came next in 2002 - his big screen debut opposite Campbell Scott, with 'The Emperor's Club' that same year with Kevin Kline, Emile Hirsch, Paul Dano and Patrick Dempsey.

In 2004 Eisenberg secured a small role in M.Night Shyamalan's 'The Village'. He followed this up with the Noah Baumbach Written and Directed 'The Squid and The Whale' in 2005; Wes Craven's horror-comedy 'Cursed'; 'The Education of Charlie Banks' with Jason Ritter; 'The Hunting Party' with Richard Gere; 'Adventureland' with Kristen Stewart, and then probably his breakout role in 'Zombieland' - a horror-comedy with Woody Harrelson, for which a sequel is currently in the works.

The new decade saw four films in 2010 starting with 'Holy Rollers' in  which he starred alongside his sister Hailee, 'Camp Hell', 'Solitary Man' with Michael Douglas, and then as Mark Zuckerberg in David Fincher's highly acclaimed and commercially successful 'The Social Network' for which Eisenberg received Academy Award, Golden Globe and BAFTA nominations.



The next year he voiced the lead character of Blu in the animated feature 'Rio' - a voice he would reprise again in 2014 in 'Rio 2', and then '30 Minutes or Less'. 2012 saw 'Why Stop Now', 'Free Samples', Woody Allen's ensemble cast in 'To Rome With Love', 'He's More Famous Than You' and 'Now You See Me' with an all star cast a year later in 2013. He would also reprise his role as one of The Four Horsemen, Danny Atlas in the 2016 sequel 'Now You See Me 2', with a third film already announced.

In between there has been 'Night Moves', 'The Double' with Mia Wasikowska, 'The End of the Tour', 'Louder Than Bombs', 'American Ultra' with Kristen Stewart again, and as Lex Luthor in this years Zack Snyder production of the DC Extended Universe in 'Batman v. Superman : Dawn of Justice' with Ben Affleck as Batman and Henry Cavill back again as Superman. He has also had some guest television appearances on 'Saturday Night Live', 'The Newsroom', 'Modern Family' and 'Top Gear' as well as a number of theatre productions which he has also Written.

Next up is Woody Allen's 'Cafe Society' due for its Australian release later this year with Kristen Stewart once more, and DC's 'Justice League : Part One' currently filming for Zack Snyder with Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash and Aquaman, with Eisenberg reposing his role as Lex Luthor again. Over the years he has also narrated numerous audiobooks as well as being the author of numerous short stories published in The New Yorker and in McSweeney's. His debut novel 'Bream Gives Me Hiccups' was released one year ago and includes these previously published pieces and more, and is being adapted for a television series with filming currently ongoing with Eisenberg Directing, Producing and Writing.

Eisenberg suffers from several forms of anxiety - obsessive compulsive disorder, separation anxiety, social anxiety and depression which he still suffers from but was more pronounced in him during his childhood years. He has found that acting helped him cope. He is a vegetarian, has been involved in animal fostering programmes and has financially supported Middle Way House - a shelter for women and children fleeing domestic violence. He also supports 'Keep America Beautiful' and 'The Shoe Revolt' aimed at empowering youth to take up the fight against domestic sex trafficking. He also took part in the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Agency video to increase awareness of the global refugee crisis.

All up Eisenberg has 38 Acting credits to his name, and one for Director, Producer and Writer on the upcoming 'Bream Gives Me Hiccups'. All up he has garnered twenty awards wins and a another 56 nominations with many of those being for his work on 'The Social Network'. He dated Anna Strout from 2002 to 2012 - a crew member and assistant on 'The Emperor's Club' when they first got together. They broke off in 2012 when Eisenberg dated his 'The Double' Co-Star Mia Wasikowska until 2015. He has since reunited with Anna Strout.

Andrew Russell Garfield was born in Los Angeles County, California, USA to mother Lynn Hillman from Essex in England and father Richard Garfield a Californian. From three years of age the family relocated to Epsom, Surrey, England. His parents ran an interior design company, with his mother also a nursery school teaching assistant, and his father went on to become head coach of the Guildford Swimming Club. He attended the Priory Preparatory School in Banstead and then the City of London Freemen's School in Ashtead, and then the Central School of Speech and Drama at the University of London, graduating in 2004.

He started taking acting classes at age nine, appearing in a local youth production of 'Bugsy Malone'. Whilst he originally had intended to study business, by the age of sixteen he had become more interested in acting. By 2004 he had been critically lauded for his role in 'Kes' at Manchester's Royal Exchange Theatre for which he picked up two Awards, both in the Best/Outstanding Newcomer category. He made his television debut in 2005 in the British comedy drama series 'Sugar Rush' appearing in five episodes of the total twenty produced running over two seasons. He followed this up in 2007 with two episodes on BBC's 'Doctor Who' series as Frank on 'Dalek's in Manhattan' and 'Evolution of Dalek's'.

Garfield's big screen debut came in 2007 in the Robert Redford Directed 'Lions for Lambs' with Robert Redford also starring along with Tom Cruise and Meryl Streep. Later that year he headlined 'Boy A' for Director John Crowley for which he won a Best Actor Award at the British Academy Television Awards, and much further critical acclaim still. 2008 saw a small role in 'The Other Boleyn Girl' and then Terry Gilliam's 'The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus' in 2009. That same year Garfield appeared in the acclaimed three part television series 'The Red Riding Trilogy 1974, 1980 and 1983'. 

2010 saw what was probably his breakout role alongside Carey Mulligan and Keira Knightley in Mark Romanek's dystopian Sci-Fi thriller 'Never Let Me Go' which won him further critical praise and a Best Supporting Actor Award. David Fincher's 'The Social Network' came next in 2010 alongside Jesse Eisenberg as Mark Zuckerberg, with Justin Timberlake and Armie Hammer. Garfield's role as Eduardo Saverin was highly acclaimed and garnered him both BAFTA and Golden Globe nominations for Best Supporting Actor.

In 2012 he appeared in the reboot of Marvel's Spiderman franchise as our web slinging hero himself in Marc Webb's 'The Amazing Spider-Man'. Again his performance received much positive publicity giving the franchise the boost it needed. The film made US$758M at the Box Office and had Garfield/Spider-Man/Peter Parker star alongside Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy - his love interest in the film, and as it would later turn out, in life too off screen. Both would reprise their roles two years later in 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' which made US$709M at the Box Office.

Most recently there was '99 Homes' in 2015 with Michael Shannon. In the meantime Garfield hosted two episodes of 'Saturday Night Live', appeared in an 'Arcade Fire' music video for their single 'We Exist', starred on Broadway in the play 'Death of a Salesman' to much critical praise, and over the years has starred in several short films too.

Next up he will star in the London Royal National Theatre production of the two part play 'Angels in America' from April 2017. 'Hacksaw Ridge' for Director Mel Gibson with Vince Vaughn and a huge Australian cast including Sam Worthington, Hugo Weaving, Luke Bracey, Richard Roxburgh, Ryan Corr, Teresa Palmer and Rachel Griffiths is due in November this year. Falling in December is 'Silence' for Martin Scorsese with Liam Neeson, Adam Driver and Ciaran Hinds. 'Breathe' is currently filming for a 2017 release for Director Andy Serkis, and 'Under the Silver Lake' for David Robert Mitchell with Dakota Johnson also starring is in pre-production also for a later 2017 release.

All up Garfield has 26 screen acting credits to his name, with eleven award wins and another 52 nominations. He holds dual US and UK citizenship, was dating Actress Emma Stone up until late 2015, is an Ambassador of Sport for the Worldwide Orphans Foundation, and supports same sex marriage.

Armand Douglas 'Armie' Hammer was born in Los Angeles, California to mother Dru Ann Mobley, a bank loan officer, and father Michael Armand Hammer who owns a number of different business interests including a publishing company and a film/television production company. He has a younger brother, Viktor. His family is of mixed stock which he describes as 'half-Jewish' with ancestry that extends back to the Russian Tsarist regime and a Cherokee Indian Chief.

He lived in Highland Park, Dallas for a number of years early on before relocating with the family to the Cayman Islands from age seven. Five years later the family moved back to L.A. where he attended the Los Angeles Baptist High School in the San Fernando Valley. During his eleventh grade he dropped out to pursue a career in acting.

Hammer made his first appearances in a number of television shows including 'Arrested Development' in 2005, 'Veronica Mars' in 2006, 'Desperate Housewives' in 2007, and then 'Reaper' and 'Gossip Girl' in 2009. His big screen debut came in 2006 in 'Flicka' with Ryan Kwanten and Maria Bello, with horror film 'Blackout' in 2008. 'Billy : The Early Years' came next in 2008 with Hammer starring as the young evangelist Billy Graham which garnered him a 'Faith and Values Award' for his 'Most Inspiring Performance' from a Christian standpoint.

In 2009 he had a small part in the straight to video 'Spring Breakdown' alongside Amy Poehler, Parker Posey, Sophie Monk and Amber Tamblyn. This was followed up with '2081' as the lead role of Harrison Bergeron in this dystopian Sci-Fi equal rights story. During this period he was courted by George Miller to star as Batman/Bruce Wayne in 'Justice League : Mortal', but Miller left the project, the film was abandoned indefinitely, but resurrected in mid-2015, but whether either Miller or Hammer are involved remains as yet undisclosed.

In 2010 he starred as the Winklevoos twins in David Fincher's 'The Social Network' with Jesse Eisenberg, Andrew Garfield and Justin Timberlake. 2011 saw the Clint Eastwood Directed 'J.Edgar' with Leonardo DiCaprio in the lead role with Judi Dench and Naomi Watts with Hammer acting out the role of Clyde Jolson - the protege and confidante of Hoover himself. 'Mirror Mirror' came next in 2012 with Julia Roberts, Nathan Lane and Sean Bean and based on the Snow White fairy tale.



2013 saw perhaps his biggest role to date alongside Johnny Depp in the Gore Verbinski Directed 'The Lone Ranger', which cost US$225M to make and took just US$261M in receipts, so hardly a Box Office sensation, and critical opinion was divided to say the least, but less so about the performances and more so about the clunky dialogue, the length of the film and the protracted action sequences. 'Entourage' came next earlier this year, with 'The Man from U.N.C.L.E.' only just released and starring as Russian Agent Ilya Kuryakin in this Guy Ritchie big screen adaptation of the popular 60's television series of the same name.

Next up are 'Final Portrait' and 'Nocturnal Animals' both in pre-production, 'Free Fire' is currently filming, 'Mine' and 'The Birth of a Nation' are in post-production with 'Serpent Girl' recently announced. All up Hammer has 29 acting credits to his name with six awards wins under his belt and another ten nominations so far.

In mid-2010 Hammer married actress, model and television personality Elizabeth Chambers, and in December 2014 they celebrated the birth of their baby daughter, Harper.
